Faina Kaganov

Chief Clinical Officer

As Chief Clinical Officer for The Allure Group, Faina Kaganov leads the clinical interdisciplinary team towards the goal of excellence in quality of care, safety and service. She uses strong critical thinking and problem solving abilities to assure a positive experience for all residents.

Ms. Kaganov is motivated by the current challenges in the healthcare field. She spearheaded an initiative with the Institute for HealthCare Improvement to create a risk stratification tool, which helps identify residents most at risk for rehospitalization and in need of palliative care.

During her 23 years of experience in healthcare, Ms. Kaganov completed clinical competencies that span from cardiac critical care to director of nursing in skilled nursing facilities. She is licensed as a Professional Registered Nurse in New York and New Jersey.

Ms. Kaganov earned a bachelor’s degree in science and master’s degree in healthcare administration. She also completed the Legal Nurse Consultant certification.
