AHCA/NCAL Quality Award Program

The AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program is a rigorous three-level process that evaluates long term care organizations capabilities against nationally recognized standards for excellence, making it one of the most comprehensive and cost-effective performance assessments available to providers. We are pleased to announce that in 2021 our Hamilton Park location received the Bronze National Quality Award and our Linden Center location received the Silver National Quality Award.

Newsweek‘s Best Nursing Homes 2021 recognizes just over 400 of the best nursing homes across the 20 largest US states: California, Texas, Florida, New York, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Ohio, Georgia, North Carolina, Michigan, New Jersey, Virginia, Washington, Arizona, Massachusetts, Tennessee, Indiana, Missouri, Maryland, Wisconsin. Hamilton Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center was among them.

That’s because it’s among the 19% of U.S. SNFs that earned at least one “High Performing” rating in what we believe is the most in-depth analysis of U.S. nursing homes ever published.

2017-2018 US News and World Report

Each year, U.S. News & World Report evaluates more than 15,000 senior health facilities across the country. This past year, nearly 2,300 facilities were recognized as being among the best. Linden Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation was among them.

Each year, the American College of Health Care Administrators presents the Eli Pick Award to the nation’s top-performing skilled nursing facilities. This year, The Allure Group’s Harlem, Hamilton Park, and Crown Heights Centers all received this prestigious award.

McKnight’s recognizes excellence in technological innovation in the skilled care industry. We are pleased to have won the 2018 Silver Award in the Safety category.
