Solomon Rubin entered into the long-term care industry in 1997 as a bookkeeper and progressively excelled. In 1998, he was appointed controller and CFO at two sister nursing facilities, totaling 460 beds and an in-house staff of 500 employees. Mr. Rubin also has extensive experience in EMR implementation in both the financial and medical aspects, leading successful implementation in numerous homes, thus increasing efficiency, compliance and leading to a totally paperless environment. Mr. Rubin has provided consulting services to multiple nursing facilities. Prior to the formation of Allure in 2012, he was already part owner of a New Jersey-based subacute/long-term care facility and an active adult day care. Mr. Rubin offers many hours of volunteer services to the widely renowned Bnos Zion of Bobov, the girls’ school of the Bobover community. Mr. Rubin is involved with all administrative decisions and fundraising events and continuously seeks the progress and educational growth of the school.
