Richard J. Brum provides legal advice, guidance and support to The Allure Group and each of its facilities. As chief compliance officer, he has oversight of all compliance programs. He is an attorney licensed to practice in New York and New Jersey.

Before joining the Allure Group in 2017, he was a healthcare attorney in private practice for more than nine years before joining The Allure Group. He has represented a wide variety of industry stakeholders, including nursing homes, hospitals, and physician group practices in corporate and regulatory matters.

He is passionate about providing the highest quality legal advice to The Allure Group and each of its facilities. He is committed to ensuring that each facility is operated within full compliance with their respective compliance programs.
