Matthew Fenley joined The Allure Group in 2015, bringing with him a proven track record of success in business development with over 12 years of healthcare leadership experience in the home care, managed long-term care and skilled nursing facility settings.
As the chief business development officer, Matthew oversees all admissions, marketing and business development efforts for The Allure Group network. Working alongside Allure’s COO and ownership, Matthew and his team have helped solidify Allure as a top-tier skilled nursing network in the New York City market, consistently maintaining a 98%+ average census across the network. Intimately involved in program development, Matthew has helped develop and introduce numerous clinically and culturally based programs to the New York market. In a geography as diverse and competitive as New York City, each program requires a certain level of customization while still maintaining an expected standard of excellence. As value-based and bundled payment models continue to gain prominence in the healthcare environment, Matthew has been instrumental in ensuring Allure is aligned with the appropriate strategic partners to achieve desired outcomes. These partners include C-suite and executive level hospital administration, physician leadership, and various community organizations.
Matthew currently serves on several boards, specifically focused on streamlining and helping New Yorkers access healthcare resources including ESCOTA (East Side Council on The Aging).
