Jerry ZanziperVP of HR and Payroll Operations

Jerry Zanziper has over 15 years of experience in Long Term Care and Skilled Nursing settings, starting as an Assistant Administrator at Ocean Promenade. He then worked as Corporate Payroll and Human Resources Director for Aristacare in New Jersey. He began his career within the Allure organization in 2009 as Administrator of Record at Hamilton Park, which he helped seamlessly transition from a not-for-profit hospital-based facility.

As Corporate Administrator for Allure, Mr. Zanziper currently oversees all Human Resources and Payroll related functions. He assists administrators in implementing projects, and he serves as a consultant to provide a voice to the concerns of administrators. As a result of one of his collaborations, Mr. Zanziper helped develop and implement the Allure Respiratory Program in response to a growing need in several communities.

Recognizing the value that Allure employees deliver daily to patients, Mr. Zanziper works hard to ensure an optimum work place environment for Allure staff members; the outcome is better care for Allure residents and their families. Mr. Zanziper holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Management with a concentration in Accounting. He also holds Nursing Home Administrator licenses in the states of New York and New Jersey.
